Hi there ππ½ My name is Tirza.
Little bit about me β I come from a
diverse international background and I'm someone who enjoy working at the intersection of
technology, communication and design.
My career started in marine science, where I supported an international deep-sea research
programme focused on the Indonesian coelacanth.
Since then, I have worked across different sectors and multicultural environments, developing
strong skills in coordination, communication, user support, and problem-solving.
Over the past few years, I have worked with European Commission services, first at DG INTPA and
now at DG REGIO.
My work combines functional support, documentation, training, knowledge
management, and user communication for digital tools and business processes.
I also have a technical background through training in Java, front-end
development, Python, and UX design, which helps me better understand digital products
and collaborate with technical teams.
At the same time, my interest in design and visual communication supports the way I create
newsletters, documentation, presentations, and other user-focused content.
Iβm curious by nature, quick to learn, comfortable working in
collaborative and international environments. Iβm especially interested in projects
where technology, people, and good communication come together to solve real problems and create
a better user experience.
